THE ELY FOLK WEEKEND with FOLK BOY THREE - John, Lee & Karl

FOLK ME. IT'S THE ELY FOLK WEEKEND

The Ely Folk Organisers have planned for this day for 2 years since the problems of The Folk Fest 2000 when a Posse of Travellers hi-jacked the Festival Site, Ely's Pocket Park and forced the Folk Festival to move to the Rugby Club...

As it transpires, it was a good move for the Ely Folk Festival Committee and they are very happy with the Rugby Club Ground where the Festival is now held.

The Crafts & Food Stalls, Psychics and Childrens Entertainers added a colurful complection to the field.
The Real Ales Bar was popular and also hosted the acoustic "Star Turn" Spots
Meanwhile the main Marquee's hosted the Artists, WorkShops and Dancing

ALL OF WHICH MEANT EVERYBODY WAS IN THE MOOD FOR THE BIG SATURDAY SHOWCASE AND WENT TO SLEEP DREAMING OF DUNGEONS & DRAGONS..!
