We are the original and most well established Ely website - established in 1996. Search for "Ely" in Google - we are usually number one! The website is predominately visited by people wanting to visit or move to Ely.
In early 2012 we are launching a new "Sell Your Home" service within this website which could prove to be the most effective and cheapest way to sell your home in Ely or the surrounding area.
How it will work:
Click on the "Local Accommodation" link in the right hand menu. The properties you see listed in the centre of the page are guesthouses and rental accommodation. You can click on each entry to see full details of the property or guesthouse (click on 19 Chiefs Street for an example). We will be adding a new section, and a new menu link, for "Homes For Sale" which will feature properties for sale.
You property details will be displayed including as many photos as you like and full details about the property. Your entry will also feature an enquiry form at the bottom of the entry which interested parties can fill out and submit, and the enquiry will be emailed directly to you to deal with. Again, click on 19 Chiefs Street for an example
The cost:
Because you will be effectively selling your home directly you will save on estate agency fees. We will be charging just £199 per entry and the entry will be valid until you either sell the home or ask us to remove the entry. The charge includes us creating your property entry from details and photos you supply to us. We can come and take photos if required, but in this case the fee will rise to £250. The fee will be payable when the entry is ready to go "live" on the website.
