The
Local Network Fund is a government initiative that aims to support small
voluntary/community groups working with disadvantaged children and young
people.
Grants
available from £250 to £7,000
Who
can apply?
- New
projects and activities that focus on children and young people
- Your group
needs to be locally managed
- Children
benefiting must be facing poverty, isolation or disadvantage
- Your group
must have a turnover of less than £75,000
Activities must fit into one of four themes:
- Aspirations
and experiences
- Isolation
and access
- Children’s
voices
- Economic
disadvantage
